[0001] The present invention is directed to a modular multifunction concealment device, in particular for pergola so as to manage the quality, the importance and the nature of the concealment. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION There are known pergolas devices to adjust the occultation according to the needs and according to the weather conditions.
[0002] The patent application FR 2 676 079 describes an arrangement with pivoting blades which provide total occultation when in a horizontal position, an interruption of the sun's rays when the blades are perpendicular to the sun's rays and provide a minimum concealment when the blades are parallel to the sun's rays. The blades further comprise, in an improvement, edge profiles which cooperate with each other to ensure a seal when the blades are in a horizontal plane. In fact, the cover made with these blades provides protection against rain. Another patent application EP 2 817 463 describes a pergola comprising moving panels in translation, with superposed edges. These panels make it possible to manage the occultation by displacement and superposition or de-superposition of the panels along horizontal X and Y axes. This arrangement makes it possible to easily modify the nature and the surface of the occultation as well as the position of the obscured zone. The nature of the panels can also be changed, either they are totally rigid panels, or they are fabric panels / fabric stretched or mesh fabric allowing the sunbreak effect stretched in a frame. The pergolas according to these patent applications give total satisfaction. The present invention is exactly in the same context of solar breeze, variable occultation of a surface and offers a multifunction device with the same command. This device is now described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the various figures show: FIG. 1: a schematic view of a multifunctional blocking device with modules according to the present invention, FIG. schematic of the device in side elevation, of FIG. 1, FIG. 3A: a view in the low occultation position, FIG. 3B: a view in the large occultation position, FIG. 3C: a view in the ceiling position of the sun, FIG. view of an improvement with means of retraction modules. The occulting device 10 according to the present invention as shown in FIG. 1 comprises a structure S which supports said device, said structure comprising, in known manner, a frame and possibly poles. This structure comprises at least two longitudinal beams, on which is reported the device 10 of occultation according to the present invention. This device 10 comprises modules 12-1, 12-n, distributed along an axis of said structure, in particular the longitudinal axis and means 14 for operating these modules. In the embodiment shown, each module 12-1, 12-n is equipped with a sail 161, 16-n and means 18 for managing the length of said web. In a preferred embodiment, the means 18 for managing the length of each web 16 comprise, for each module, a transversely disposed roll 20 on which is fixed one end of the web and means 22 for rotating each roller, in one direction of rotation and in the other direction of rotation, thereby causing the winding of the veil or the course of the same veil.
[0003] The means 22 for driving each roller 20 are constituted in a preferred embodiment of a pinion 24 integral with said roller and cooperating with a single chain 26 and common to the gears of the different rollers, itself rotated by an engine. 28 provided with a drive pinion of said chain. Thus, the motor 28 rotating the chain in one direction or the other, rotates each of the shafts synchronously, and causes either the winding or the course of each sail.
[0004] The sprocket / chain assemblies may be replaced by toothed belts and toothed pulleys without in any way modifying the present invention. The operation of this arrangement leads to managing the occultation. Indeed, when the device is actuated so as to completely wind the sails, there remains only the shadow 5 related to the presence of the rollers that intercept the sun's rays. This situation is also found when the sun is at its zenith. When the sun is in a position outside the zenithal position, the rays are inclined and in fact the sails can be lowered so as to obscure more or less the rays by generating a shadow more or less important. See Figure 3A, 3B.
[0005] Preferably, each sail comprises at its base 30, in the lower part, means 32 for ballasting so as to maintain the substantially vertical sails. Advantageously, the ballasting means 32 consist of a rigid rod 34. According to an improvement of the invention, the device also comprises means 36 for maneuvering the bases 30 of the sails 12.
[0006] Such means 36 maneuvering may take the form of at least one bar 38, preferably rigid, connecting the different bases 30, perpendicularly, and in particular at the ends of these bases. This at least one bar 38 may be arranged laterally and in this case, two bars are provided. Each bar 38 is itself supported and connected by each of its ends to a link 40 40 traction. This tension link 40 lifts each bar 38 by its two ends 42-1, 42-2. The pulling point is situated substantially in the plane of the rollers 20. For this purpose, traction means 44 comprise a motorized drum 46 intended to wind up one end of the traction link 40 which is a loop link the other end remains fixed. .
[0007] When the drum rotates in one direction it winds one end of the link and in the opposite direction, it unrolls this end. Thus, the reduction in the length of the traction link 40 ensures the lifting of the bar 38 by its two ends as well as a displacement in translation. The traction link 40 makes it possible to raise the bases 30 of the sails 12 and to incline them or even to bring them into a horizontal position. For this purpose the point of traction of the link 40 at both ends is located substantially in the plane of the rollers 20. In fact, it is possible to provide return pulleys, this in a known manner.
[0008] The length of the web 12 of a roll can advantageously be adjusted so that, when the rigid bar 38 is brought into the plane of the rollers, the base 30 comes to the right of the roll which is juxtaposed with the roll carrying said web. There is then continuity of the occultation surface which forms a sun-breaker ceiling. See Figure 3C.
[0009] It is also understood that the sails can be made of different materials, either waterproof impermeable coated fabric or unsealed waterproof sun-woven fabric or alternating these types of sails. Colors can be married to achieve certain architectural effects. Such a device has the advantage of being able to confer on the whole pergola using this multifunction occultation device, an advantageous architectural fineness because of a certain mobility of the sails under the effects of the wind, the possibility of adjustment. exposed sail surface and the ability to adjust the inclination of said sails. Another advantage is the total elimination of wind resistance once the sails are rolled up because only the structure is then concerned but there is then no problem of resistance to wind. The device according to the present invention may also be interesting in an alternative embodiment because it then allows to translate the rollers to group them next to each other, juxtaposed way. See Figure 4. In this case, it is necessary to provide means for disengaging the belt assemblies 20 notched / pulleys or sprockets / chain and an articulated connecting bar so that it can bend between each base. Another variant also consists, depending on the orientation for example, to provide windings that are alternated with lowered sails and other veils lifted and vice versa. Simply reverse the winding directions. We can then lower sails of one color and mount sails of another color, to choose, depending on the brightness for example. Alternation can be regular or irregular. In addition, it is possible to provide different lengths with proportional winding speeds. Thus, long sails are wound faster than short sails so that the sails are all wound at the end of the race but they have different lengths when they are lowered, especially when they are in the maximum down position.
